Brooke and Emil worked together for many years at the government relations firm Capalino, honing their unique, strategic and technical approach to approval processes. They founded Park Place Strategies in 2025 with a single focus: to make working with government easier.

Brooke spent over 17 years at Capalino, while Emil joined in 2016. He previously worked under two Mayors over eight years in the Mayor’s Office of Citywide Event Coordination and Management (CECM), where he collaborated with both City and State agencies to oversee the permitting of all events on City property within the five boroughs.

Brooke and Emil work seamlessly together, combining their strengths, knowledge and relationships to consistently deliver practical solutions for their clients.
